Summary: Have a bunch of Blu-ray collections at hand, ever thought of copying and streaming them into Apple TV for a better visual experience on HD TV? If so, don't miss the below article as to how to convert and transfer Blu-ray movies into Apple TV.

"I intend to play my Blu-ray disc on Samsung Smart TV via Apple TV, how to copy and transfer Blu-ray to Apple TV for playing freely?"

Of course, most of us are not about to pay iTunes' ridiculous prices to watch movies and TV shows if we've already owned a raft of Blu-rays. Generally, most people's first thought upon playing Blu-ray movies on HDTV is to insert them to an external Blu-ray player, connected with a HD TV such as Samsung Smart TV, LG Smart TV or Sony Smart TV, etc. This way is very common and effective but also troublesome, as Blu-ray discs are easy to get scratched or damaged after repeated use. On the contrary, copying and streaming Blu-ray content into Apple TV, seems to be a more favorable choice for saving physical space and protecting Blu-ray disc.

While, here comes a problem, the majority of Blu-ray discs are entwined with various DRM protections. And in addition, neither Blu-ray nor its decrypted Blu-ray rips can be supported by Apple TV. On this case, the best workaround is to get rid off the Blu-ray protections and convert them into iTunes/Airplay compatible format, and then sync to Apple TV for playback without any limit. Have no idea of that? No fret! The following article will walk you through the process of converting and transferring Blu-rays into Apple TV.
