How to upload DVDs to iCloud for Streaming with iPad, Apple TV, iPhone

"Recently, i got some DVD movies and want to put them on iCloud so that i can stream them to my iOS devices wirelessly. But wneh i insert my DVD, iCloud cannot recognize it. Is there any way to help me transfer DVD medias to iCloud? Thanks in advanced."
